Cancellation Policy
Best Western Crystal Inn adopts the following practices when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking.
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date there will be full refund less an administration fee of A$50
If the booking is cancelled less than30 days prior to the arrival date there will be no refund of the deposit.
If full payment is made prior to arrival then cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date there will be full refund less an administration fee of A$50
If full payment is made prior to arrival for special dates such as Christmas then cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, refund of the monies paid will be at management discretion subject to the apartment being relet.
For a no show on day of arrival all monies will be forfeited unless the apartment can be re let, in which case the refund will be proportioned to the length of stay of the new booking.
Once Guests have checked in to the apartment there will be no refunds for checking out early
Confirmed Bookings
A booking that has not had a deposit paid against it is deemed not to be confirmed and as such booking is not guaranteed.
Administration Fee
The administration fee covers the cost of processing the original booking, receipting and banking the money cancelling the booking from the system, drawing a refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque and meeting bank charges.
